The table 1 in appendix sets out in detail the categories of personal information we collect about you and how we use that information when you use the Qommet Website, as well as the legal basis which we rely on to process the personal information and recipients of that personal information.

We use this information to provide to you the features and functionality of the Qommet Website, to monitor and improve the Qommet Website and to develop new products and services. The Qommet Website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to distinguish you from other users of the Qommet Website.

Qommet does not transfer any Customer Employee Data outside the EU/EEA, or engage a Sub-Processor to process Customer Employee Data outside of the EU/EEA.

Qommet may use tools to process Customer Contact Data that imply transfer of such Data outside the EU/EEA, in particular tools that are hosted in the USA. This is limited to Customer Contact Data and any transfer of such Data outside the EU/EEA or engagement of Sub-Processors to process such Data outside of the EU/EEA will only be carried out if the receiving country has an adequate level of protection of personal data as decided by the European Commission, or if the transfer is subject to the European Commission’s then current Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfer of personal data to third countries.

We will take appropriate steps to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with applicable law and this privacy policy regardless of where it is processed.
